Why there is no phone number here

Because a number nobody answers is worse than none.

We are small, and we would rather be excellent at one channel than mediocre at three. Everything that arrives here is seen, timestamped and answered by a person — nothing sits in a queue behind hold music.

If a conversation would be easier out loud, say so in your message and leave a number: we will ring you back. That happens the same day, and you get a person who has already read what you wrote rather than starting from the beginning.
