Every town has hundreds of good businesses with no website. Sitanza finds them, builds each one a finished website before anyone is contacted, and hands you the list. Your job is the conversation. You keep 25% of every sale.
Before you speak to anybody, the platform has built that business a complete website — their trade, their town, their phone number. You are not asking them to imagine anything.
$9 to start and $9 a month is less than most of these businesses spend on coffee. "I can't afford a website" stops being a conversation.
Nothing is owed until the owner has looked at their own website and said yes. That is the easiest first sentence in sales: there is nothing to pay and nothing to sign.
This is the whole role. Not a summary of it — the actual sequence, in order, with how long each part takes. If any of it sounds like something you would not do, this is the right moment to know that.
Open the console, choose your town and a trade — plumbers, salons, roofers, whatever you like — and press go. It comes back with local businesses that have no website, scored by how likely they are to want one.
Every qualified business already has a complete website waiting. You read three or four of them properly before you call anybody, because you are about to describe them out loud.
Most businesses with no website have no email address either, so the phone is the way in. The call queue gives you the number, an opening line, and the short web address to read out.
Where a business has published an email address, the outreach message is already drafted — identified, with a working opt-out and a link to their website. You read it, and press send.
When an owner presses "I like it", you get an email within seconds. This is the warmest lead you will ever handle — somebody who looked at a website about their own business and said yes.
The platform emails them a short form — their actual services, prices, hours, photographs and logo. When it comes back, their website is rebuilt with their own material instead of our stand-ins.
Send the link. Name the price. Mention the yearly option every single time — ten months for twelve is an easy yes at these numbers, and it doubles what you earn from that customer up front.
One button in the console: which package, monthly or yearly, and how they paid. That opens their customer account, takes them out of the outreach queue so nothing else can reach them by mistake, and books your commission.
Sitanza connects the web address, publishes the site, hosts it, backs it up and answers their support questions forever. You keep the relationship in your town and the commission — 25% of the starting fee, and 10% of their monthly fee for 12 months.
Everything else on this list is administration. The job is talking to strangers about their business, mostly by telephone, mostly during working hours. Somebody who makes thirty calls a week will do well. Somebody who dreads the phone will not, and we would rather you knew that now than after paying a deposit.
There is no quota and no minimum. But a territory nobody has worked for two months is released so another partner can have it — you hold it by working it, not by claiming it.
The table below is multiplication, not a forecast. It shows what the commission rates produce at a given number of sales. It is not a claim that you will make any sales, and some partners will not.

Based on the Growth package at today's prices. Commission is paid on money actually received from the customer; if a customer cancels or is refunded, the recurring part stops with them.
So they are not priced the same, and the big ones are not held whole. A major city is split into districts — nobody can work all of Toronto, and one person holding it would lock out everybody else in the country's biggest market.

Your exact tier is confirmed in conversation before anything is paid — a list of city names cannot know that one Springfield is a city and another is a village.
It confirms you are serious, and it is returned in full and automatically once you have made 3 sales. You can ask for it back at any time before that, for any reason, and get it.
Sitanza never keeps the deposit of a partner who does not succeed. There is no forfeiture in our terms and no way to configure one in our software. Charging people for the chance to earn is the shape of a scam, and we will not build one — at any tier.
We read every application ourselves and speak to everybody before approving a territory — expect a conversation, not a form letter. If your city is taken we will say so straight away and talk about what is near it.
No. You never touch code, hosting or domains, and you never build a website. If a customer asks something technical it comes to us. What you need is to be able to talk to a business owner without sounding like a script.
A useful week is one sweep, a morning of calls, and twenty minutes a day answering replies — call it eight to ten hours. You can do less, and less will produce less. Nobody is counting your hours; the territory rule is about activity, not attendance.
Because what you are holding is different. An exclusive district in a major metro is worth more to hold than a small town, so it costs a little more to hold it — and the big cities are split into districts so that every partner gets a territory they can actually work. The range is narrow on purpose: this is a deposit, not the price of a territory, and it comes back either way.
Automatically, once you have made 3 sales — you do not have to ask. Before that you can request it back at any time and we return it. There is no qualifying period and no conditions.
Your deposit comes back and the territory is released. Customers you already sold to stay with Sitanza and keep their websites — and you keep the recurring commission on them for the rest of the 12 months.
The programme is open worldwide, and we are starting in the United States. The rules on contacting businesses differ by country — sometimes a great deal — and we only approve a territory where we can confirm we can do it lawfully there. Tell us your country in the form and we will be straight with you about it.
